The Sun reports that the two men who tried to sell the paper private pictures of Prince William, Kate Middleton, and her family on holiday in Mustique last year have admitted their guilt. The camera card containing the photos was reportedly stolen from Pippa Middleton’s car.
Prince William joined the Middleton family on holiday last summer on the exclusive private Caribbean island after finishing a training placement with the Royal Navy. Kate’s parents, Michael and Carole, and her siblings, Pippa and James, were all with them on the island.
The Sun heartily congratulated itself on not publishing the stolen photos last fall, but they did take the opportunity to reveal some of the image content both then and now. According to the paper, “The snaps showed Wills and Kate, both 27, on Caribbean isle Mustique. In some Kate performs yoga in a bikini, others showed Wills in a woman’s hat.”
The fates of the two men who peddled the pictures have yet to be decided: “Ewins, and Sesay, both from London, admitted theft and will be sentenced next month.”
